1. Home : There is an option of copy paste. With which you can copy and paste any word. 
It has a font length and font size. With which you can change as you wish. 
It has the option of bold, italic and underline
You can set whichever word you want. There are also options for text effects and highlight colors. 
There is also the option of a paragraph in it. You can set the paragraph in any way you want. There is also an option for this list. 
You can set paragraph in whatever style you want. 
In Microsoft Word, you can search any word with the help of find. And whoever can replace the word with the help of replace.

2. Insert:  The insert has an option for the page. It has a cover page from which you can style your paragraphs with the help of the cover page. And with the help of the blank page, you can get a new blank page. 
With the help of page break, you can break two pages. 
You can insert a table in it. And you can also insert pictures. There are options for the chart in this. 
Here and with the help of links, you can also give hyperlinks to any word.

To comment about a paragraph, there is also the option of comment, from which you can comment.

There is an option of header and footer. 

A) Header - When you have a lot of data and you have to give a heading in every page, then you can use the header. 
B) footer - When you have a lot of data and you want the same data in the last in every page, you can use the footer.

3) Design : It is used for document formatting. You can select whichever paragraph is selected .

4) Layout: In this, you can set up the page. 
In margins you can set the margins of the page. 
With orientation, you can portrait and landscape the page. 
And you can change the size of the page from the size. 
And you can divide the paragraph into any number of columns with the help of columns . 

5) References : You can create built-in table content from Table of Contents. It has a heading style. In the footnotes you can give a note in the bottom of the page. 
And you can also insert inserts endnotes. 

6) Mailings : In this, you have to use the data of one letter to reach many people. Create You can create an envelope. 
With Start Mail Merge, you can start writing mail and select the recipients as you can add the names of the people in the list. 
And you can edit the list from the edit recipients list. 
You can insert whatever is added to the list from the Insert Merge field. From the preview results, you can see the preview of the letters. After the letter is completed, you can compile the mail by clicking Finished and Merge. 

7) Review : In this, you can check Spelling and Grammar.
And you can count the words written with the help of word count. 

8) View : With this you can read by keeping the book read mode. 
With ruler you can give ruler line. 
And with GridLines you can give GridLines. 
Zoom allows you to zoom pages only. 
From one page, you can keep one page. And with multiple pages, you can set the pages of Microsoft Word to the front pages. You can zoom the page with the page width.
